Assessor.com was created in
1997 by Randy H. Deal. For over 35 years, Randy
has been working as an assessment and real estate
professional. He has served as Director of Real
Property Tax Services for two counties and as
Assessor for eight townships in upstate New
York. Meanwhile, he has also been very active
at the State level, holding a variety of different
