About Assessor.com
Assessor.com was created in 1997 by Randy H. Deal. For over 40 years, Randy has been
working as an assessment and real estate professional. He has served as
Director of Real Property Tax Services for two counties and as Assessor for
nine townships in upstate New York. Meanwhile, he has also been very
active at the State level, holding a variety of different offices over the
years:

Randy's deep concerns about equity in assessing and taxation have earned
him the respect of colleagues and taxpayers alike. In 2005 his daughter, Katherine N. Deal, joined him in his office to learn the profession and in 2010 became one of the youngest Appointed Assessors at that time in New York State. They are both now available to offer Towns, Cities, and Villages assessment services as appointed Assessors or as contractors for revaluation projects.
