The Town of Jewett, Greene County, NY will have a vacancy for the position of Town Assessor effective 12/31/06. It is anticipated that we will be appointing for a six year term. The Town of Jewett has approximately 1,900 parcels and the salary will be based upon qualifications and experience. The Town is currently at 100% and wishes to maintain this through annual reassessment. The Town currently uses TSL software for maintaining it's assessment records.
